SANBIT chemical polishing solution for smoothing, brightening, and deburring of austenitic stainless steel
SANBIT is applicable to austenitic stainless steel. It is able to deburr and smooth items with complicated and fine products for which conventional mechanical or electrolytic polishing was problematic.
- Brightening, smoothing, and deburr are possible in any location.
- The work is easy and requires no special skill compared to mechanical and physical polishing.
- Because foreign matter isn't attached to the polishing surface, high gloss can be maintained that is more corrosion-resistant compared to mechanical polishing.
Main Applications
- Deburr of 30 μm by metal cutting surfaces, grinding, etc.
- Polishing of complicated such as vacuum devices and inside surface polishing of small pipes such as injection needles, etc.
- Enhancement of appearance and corrosion resistance of parts for architecture and interior decoration
- Pre-treatment for other surface treatments (metal plating etc.)
