The variable PPE resin “Iupiace” is an non-crystalline engineering plastic developed with the unique technology of MGC with polyphenyl ether (PPE) and polystyrene (PS) as the main ingredients.It is one of the five major engineering plastics, characterized by a good balance of electrical characteristics, flame retardancy, heat resistance, dimensional stability, and formability, etc., and has the smallest specific gravity among engineering plastics.It is a material used in a wide range of fields such as automotive components and water circulation components for pumps that exhibit heat and water resistance, in addition to being used in housings and chassis for OA equipment, and the development of new applications is also expected.
