Dyneon (PTFE、Fluorothermoplastic、Fluoroelastomer)
PTFE micropowder is added to plastics, lubricants, and the like in order to enhance the non-adhesiveness and wear resistance of matrix materials. Because of its low molecular weight, this micropowder can distribute uniformly and impart the same characteristics as PTFE. In addition, we also handle various fluororesins such as normal PTFE, THV thermoplastic fluororesin with superior flexibility and workability, and PFA completely-fluorinated thermoplastic fluororesin.
- PTFE micropowder
When added to polymer matrices, it is able to improve such characteristics as wear resistance, friction characteristics, slidability, non-adhesiveness, etc., of thermoplastic and heat-cured resins and elastomers. Because the molecular weight is low (about 1/100 that of most high-molecular PTFE) it has none of the mechanical strength of normal PTFE even in molded products that have been compression-molded or sintered. - PTFE
Effects such as increased creep resistance, enhanced tensile elongation, and greatly reduced substance permeability can be expected in molded products. - THV
Superior flexibility and transparency, enabling electron beam irradiation cross-linking. The low melt point of 110°C to 230°C also enables low-temperature working. We also handle products where THV has been formed into a tube. - PFA
Superior chemical resistance and thermoplasticity enable melt processing. It also has superior surface smoothness, and the elution of impurities is extremely low.
Main Applications
- PTFE micropowder
Improvement of slidability/lubrication characteristics and wear properties, imparting of non-adhesiveness, improvement of heat resistance and weather resistance, etc. - PTFE
Various parts, chemical pumps, plumbing parts, etc. - THV
Various films and tubes, laminated glass, wiring sheaths, etc. - PFA
Can be used in a variety of fields, starting with semiconductor production lines requiring a clean environment
