Simply place your product in a high gas barrier bag along with the appropriate amount of AN-type RP agent and seal it to create an oxygen-free, moisture-free environment and eliminate complaints about oxidation, moisture absorption, discoloration, and solder deterioration of metals and electronic components.
RP System® products are compatible with standard environmentally hazardous substance testing.
RP agent
An oxygen absorber featuring drying capabilities. It uses a chemical reaction to absorb oxygen, moisture, and corrosive gases. Absorbed gas is permanently trapped. Make sure to use it in combination with a high gas barrier bag.
Gas barrier bags
We offer PTS and aluminum foil bags in existing high gas barrier bag sizes compatible with small-lot, instant-delivery, and RoHS/REACH regulations.
To create and maintain an environment free of oxygen, moisture, and corrosive gases for a long period of time, a bag with high gas barrier performance that does not allow gas out or that minimizes gas permeation is necessary.
PTS bags
<For short-term storage and transportation>
Transparent bags offer the ultimate level of gas barrier performance. They can be used for storage up to around one year and for export overseas.
Aluminum bags
<For long-term storage>
Oxygen and water vapor permeation is virtually zero. These are recommended for customers who require complete gas barrier performance.
Make sure to try these when storing products for several years or for packaging products that are sensitive to moisture.
ESCAL Neo
<For long-term storage>
ESCAL Neo offers the highest class of barrier performance available in clear barrier materials. It can be cut to the appropriate length and sealed on both ends.
