A high-function entry sheet for mechanical drilling that achieves both improved quality/productivity of through hole work and extended drill bit life
LE SHEET is an auxiliary sheet for printed wiring board drilling with a water-soluble lubricant layer on an aluminum sheet (70-150μ). As an entry sheet for mechanical drills, it inhibits drill bit wear and enables extended drill bit life, while also having an effect of increasing through hole quality.Furthermore, it also enables the reduction of drilling costs by increasing the number of overlaid boards during through hole machining, and achieves a great increase in productivity.
